Bring the full experience of The Philadelphia Orchestra to your students with a program designed to integrate musical concepts and activities into your existing classroom curriculum. Enhance your students’ learning through the understanding and appreciation of orchestral music. To get the most value, use our curriculum guide to supplement your preparation, participate in a course for teacher professional development, and schedule a visit with one of our knowledgeable Docent volunteers at no extra charge. Philadelphia Orchestra School Concerts have been commended by the Pennsylvania Department of Education as a model program in alignment with the state’s Standards Aligned System.
