Patron Travel Opportunities
Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin and Your Philadelphia Orchestra are beloved in Philadelphia, across the United States, and around the world. If you enjoy hearing Yannick and the Orchestra perform at home, you will also enjoy special opportunities to travel to hear them perform elsewhere.
We are pleased to offer a series of Patron Tours and Day Trips during the 2019–20 season. The following tours and day trips are open to the public, however donors of $2,500 or greater receive priority invitations.
2019–20 Patron Day Trips to the Metropolitan Opera
Join fellow Yannick fans as he leads three exciting productions at the Met. Each Patron Day Trip includes round-trip transportation from the Kimmel Center in a private chartered bus, an intimate three-course brunch at Bar Boulud (across the street from Lincoln Center), and a ticket to the matinee opera performance. We will welcome special guest speakers for engaging pre-opera lectures presented during the bus rides to New York.
All trips will depart from the Kimmel Center at 8:30 AM.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at time of the reservation. Check and credit card payment only. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A full refund is available with 60-day cancellation notice. Cancellation with less than 60-day notice forfeits 50% of the payment. Cancellation with less than 30-day notice and no shows forfeit their entire payment.
2020 Patron Tour to Saratoga Springs, New York, August 12–15, 2020
Yannick and the Fabulous Philadelphians welcome Orchestra patrons to beautiful upstate New York for four days of music and camaraderie.
This trip will feature four concerts from our BeethovenNOW series conducted by Yannick at the gorgeous Saratoga Performing Arts Center. In addition, patrons will enjoy intimate gatherings with musicians, pre-concert dining events, and unique cultural activities such as a visit to the legendary Saratoga Race Course, a private tour and dinner at the National Museum of Dance and Hall of Fame, a private tour of the Tang Museum at Skidmore College, and more.

The reservation fee will include pre-concert dining events, concert tickets, and cultural activities.
To provide maximum flexibility to tour patrons, group travel to and from Saratoga Springs will not be provided.
